Whether your bike is in need of a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, we promise that your ride is in good hands. In most cases we will have your bicycle back to you and as good as new just a couple days.

Exclusive to Wayfarer Bicycle, with each new bicycle purchase we give you 5 tune-ups to use withing 5 years of that purchase. This is a $350 value that will help keep your bike running like new for years to come!

Tune Up FAQ

• Turn around time will vary based on the time of year, parts availability, and store traffic on a given day. We try our best to get bikes back as soon as possible and by the promised date of completion estimate given at time of drop off. If parts need to be ordered for the repair we will call with a cost and ETA update before proceeding. 
• We recommend calling ahead and making an appointment for our next available time slot. If no parts are needed, we normally complete the bikes by the next business day 
• Free tunes from bikes purchased from us have an expedited turn around time. We still recommend appointments but we can squeeze these in during the normal work schedule. 
• Tune up price does not include any parts or labor for installing parts. 
• We ask that you promptly pick up your bikes when they are completed. We will call upon completion and will charge $1 per day after bikes have been completed for 14 days. After 30 days we will consider the bike abandoned in which case, the bike will be sold or donated.
